Agreement
These terms apply when you buy or book anything from Feed the Family Entertainment (“Feed the Family,” “FTF,” “we,” “us”) through feedthefamilyentertainment.com. By paying, you agree to them.
What you’re buying
- Song reviews. Written notes plus a video breakdown for each song, delivered within 12 hours of your upload. Songs can be up to 6 minutes long, in any genre, finished or not. A 3-pack gives you three review credits to use anytime.
- The cohort. Eight weeks of live online sessions: 16 sessions, 45 minutes each, twice a week, in groups of 5. A cohort starts as soon as its group fills, and we email your start date.
- Private mentorship. By application. 60 days with 10 one-on-one sessions of 30 minutes each, plus messaging between sessions.
- Other services, such as management, consulting, marketing, and bookings, are covered by a separate written agreement.
Refund policy
Once work begins, all sales are final. Before that, you can ask for a full refund.
- Song reviews: full refund if you ask before you upload a song. Once a song is uploaded, that purchase is final. For a 3-pack, the purchase is final once the first song is uploaded.
- The cohort: full refund if you ask before your first session. After the first session, it’s final, including for sessions you miss.
- Private mentorship: full refund if you ask before your first session. After the first session, it’s final.
- If we cancel a session or can’t start your cohort or mentorship, we’ll reschedule or give you a full refund, your choice.
Not liking the feedback or results isn’t grounds for a refund once the work is done. If something went wrong, email us first at feedthefamilyentertainment@gmail.com and we’ll make it right. Please contact us before filing a chargeback.
Payments
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Your music and our materials
You keep every right to your music. By submitting it, you let us listen to it and review it. We won’t share or release unreleased music you send us. Templates, notes, and session materials we give you are for your own use and can’t be resold.
No guarantees
We give our honest professional opinion and our best work. We can’t guarantee streams, sales, signings, or other results. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, or financial advice; talk to a licensed professional for that.
Conduct
We may end a session or service, without a refund, if someone is abusive or harasses our team or other members.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
