How booking works

1Send a requestDate, city, venue, capacity, and your offer — at least 30 days out.
2Availability & termsWe confirm the date works and send our terms.
3Contract & depositA signed agreement and deposit lock in the date.
4Advance the showWe share the rider and coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics before the event.

Questions

How far in advance should I book?

At least 30 days before your event. That gives both sides time to promote it properly. Tours, festivals, and international dates should book further out.

Can I book more than one person from the roster?

Yes. Book one person, a few, or the entire roster for the same event. Choose “Multiple / the whole roster” on the form and tell us who you want.

Do you book outside New York — or outside the U.S.?

Yes. We’re based in New York and book across the globe, including international tours. Travel and accommodation are factored into the booking price based on where your event is and how far it is from the talent.

Where do I get the rider?

Technical and hospitality riders are shared once a booking is confirmed.
